Cocoa Powder provides the right flavour and colour
for the right application.
Generally, the higher the degree of alkalisation
of the cocoa powder, the more dispersible it becomes.
However to enhance dispersion in water or milk, lecithinated
cocoa powders are also available.

Herbafood Herbasweet and Herbarom are natural
sweeteners derived from apples. Herbasweet is
a low GI sweetener, and both have high content of
antioxidant polyphenols. |

Fructose is a crystalline sweetener
with 1.2 to 1.6 times the sweetness of sucrose.
Fructose will often enhance the flavour of cocoa-based
products and dissolves quickly to give a perception
of high sweetness without contributing as many
calories as sucrose. |

Stevia from Daepyung is
a natural high-intensity sweetener and sugar substitute
extracted from the Stevia plant with applications in
low-sugar
