record in the marketing, import and distribution of
specialty ingredients for the Australian Food and Beverage
Industries.
Steve works closely with customers to develop
unique formulation solutions to help achieve the best
technical and commercial outcomes. |

Barry Edwards is the company Managing Director,
having established Hawkins Watts Australia in 2001.
Barry’s many years of experience in the food
ingredients industry combined with his customer focus
are a perfect fit for Hawkins Watts Australia. |

Linda Shakes
Linda co-ordinates our customer service and
logistics. She monitors customer requirements, processes
orders and liaises with overseas suppliers to ensure
the freight of our stock is executed smoothly. |

Beth Edwards
Beth works on special projects and oversees
company advertising. She also works on internal systems
and co-ordinates IT support within Hawkins Watts Australia. |

Kate Chandler
Kate is our office manager and oversees all
accounts, foreign currency and other financial matters.
She also oversees our logistics and customer service,
and all other administrative matters.

Peter is the founder and a shareholder of HWL
and HWA and is responsible for various sales functions.

Paul Harrison
Paul is a shareholder of HWL and HWA, and has
been with the company since 1994. He holds a B.Technology
degree in Food Technology and is responsible for Quality
and Technical service across the Hawkins Watts Group. |
