Megan Hicks |
Administration and Marketing
Megan is responsible for managing the administration of customer accounts,
including invoicing, setting up new products and liaising with our suppliers
to ensure information and procedures are up to date and adhered to. She
is also in charge of marketing and advertising activities. Megan has a
Bachelor Degree in Communications and has previously worked in public relations
and event management roles.

Darlene Rundle |
Customer Services and Logistics
Darlene coordinates all incoming orders, placing
the orders with our supply partners and overseeing
shipment and logistical matters, to ensure safe arrival
of the products at our warehouse. She has previously
worked in the computer consumables industry and sold
to Corporate and Government bodies.

Kate Chandler | Office Manager
Kate is our office manager
and oversees all accounts, foreign currency
and other financial matters. She also oversees
our logistics and customer service, and all
other administrative matters.

Martin Eagle | Business
Development Manager
Martin comes with nearly 30 years experience
in technical food ingredient supply. He is a keen contributor
to AIFST, where he is currently Vic Branch Treasurer,
as well as FTAA, where he sits on the committee of Management.

Managing Director
Barry Edwards is the company Managing Director, having established Hawkins
Watts Australia in 2001. Barry’s many years of experience in the
food ingredients industry combined with his customer focus are a perfect
fit for Hawkins Watts Australia. |

Director
Peter is the founder and a shareholder of Hawkins Watts New Zealand and
Hawkins Watts Australia, and is responsible for various sales functions.

Food Technologist
Paul has been with Hawkins Watts New Zealand since 1994. He holds a B.Technology
degree in Food Technology and is responsible for Quality and Technical
service
across the Hawkins Watts group. |
