Hawkins Watts' association with Rousselot originates from our representation of Rebiere Brazil, acquired by Rousselot in 2007.

Rousselot offers a full range of gelatine products, derived from porcine, bovine or fish sources. The range is extensive, covering various bloom strengths, mesh sizes and other attributes such as viscosity, clarity and flavour. Rousselot have also developed unique applications in area such as confectionery, dairy and meat application.
