Quality issues resulting for the random growth
of mould can be an unsightly nightmare. For cold filled products,
we have found that washing some packaging, such as jar lids,
in a solution of 20%
solution potassium sorbate reduces the risk of random mould
growth. Please check to ensure this is compatible with
current food regulations.
