Once you have found the product you require,

Our customer service team is available to help
you with pricing and availability of ingredients.
Please note that in the majority of cases our minimum order quantity
is 25 kg, as this is usually the minimum pack size provided by the manufacturer.
With varying customer requirements, changes in ingredient availability and the
exchange rate we would prefer that you contact us so that we can give you the
most up-to-date information on ingredient pricing and availability.
You can order in one of two ways:

customers who do not have an account with us please contact us by phone

for price information.
You can either send us a cheque (Suite 6, 2 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave, Victoria
3170) or arrange for direct payment to our bank account. Upon receipt of the
funds we will dispatch the goods to you as quickly as possible. Orders can usually
be dispatched within 24 hours once the funds are received.
If you would like to start an account with us please download
the customer profile form (.pdf file)
and return to us. Accounts are for regular customers who purchase
at least $500 every month.
Please allow 3 working days for the processing of account applications.

Export and supply outside Australia
Please note that Hawkins Watts Australia is limited by distribution agreements between ourselves
and our suppliers as which countries we can supply goods to.
If there is no restriction, we are able to arrange shipment by sea or air with
one of our nominated shipping agents, or can deliver to your nominated shipping
agent within Melbourne.
